speck & red wine jus
Free Range chicken, whipped potato, beans, tomato, tarragon &
mushroom sauce
Market fish fillet, fried potato rosti, eggplant fondue, basil &
piperade sauce

Dark chocolate and walnut brownie with raspberry ice cream
